The NEW UPR Plug N Play™ Dual Valve Catch Can system with Clean Side Separator (CSS) is designed for the 2021-2025 F150 3.5L PowerBoost / Hybrid. It enhances the PCV system by adding a second vacuum source, improving performance across the RPM range. The dual valve catch can separates oil mist and combustion byproducts during low speed driving and idle, and also allows for circulation and crankcase evacuation under BOOST. The Clean Side Separator (CSS) reduces oil intrusion into the intercooler and air box. This is a no-drill installation with billet bracket technology and Plug N Play™ quick-release fittings, allowing for easy removal to return the vehicle to stock. The system is 100% modular, disassemblable, and cleanable. It utilizes UPR Braided Hose and Billet Hose Ends for strength and performance. UPR's Plug N Play™ Catch Can Fittings allow for emptying the can without removing the intake cover or catch can lines. It features a Multi-Stage Oil Separator and a patented Multi-chamber diffuser technology to capture and filter oil vapor. Made from Domestic T-6 6061 Aluminum bar stock with a black anodized finish, and designed, tested, and manufactured in the USA. UPR offers an unconditional warranty and uses billet aluminum fittings.
