Overview

The NTK 24002 oxygen sensor is an upstream O2 sensor designed to monitor exhaust gases for optimal engine efficiency and emission control. It features an integrated heater and NTK’s proprietary technical ceramic sensing element to ensure fast closed-loop activation and reliable performance.

The NTK 24002 oxygen sensor provides precise air-fuel ratio monitoring to help reduce emissions and maintain engine performance. It is constructed with an advanced corrosion-resistant housing and a porous PTFE filter that allows atmospheric oxygen to enter while blocking water and engine contaminants from the internal ceramic element. This design protects against silicone and lead poisoning, ensuring compliance with OE standards and emissions requirements. This sensor is specifically designed for 1987-1989 Nissan 300ZX models with the 3.0L V6 engine for upstream placement. Installation requires an 11/16-inch wrench for proper removal and securing.
