It replaces the standard, compliant rubber mounts with stiffer urethane components, reducing drivetrain flex and the tendency for wheel-hop during hard acceleration. This set includes the Engine Side Mount, Transmission Side Mount, and a choice of Lower Torque Mount.

This full mount set replaces the stock mounts with redesigned assemblies utilizing a stiff 75A durometer urethane. This material significantly reduces movement in all three drivetrain locations – engine side, transmission side, and the lower torque arm (pendulum/dog-bone mount). The result is a much crisper driving feel, eliminating jerky behavior during throttle transitions and gear changes, and substantially reducing wheel-hop off the line. While some additional drivetrain noise may enter the cabin, most performance-oriented drivers will appreciate the increased connection to their vehicle. The set includes the Engine Side Mount (VWR15G702), Transmission Side Mount (VWR15G701), and a choice of Lower Torque Mount (VWR15G703 or VWR150002). For most road cars, upgrading only the lower engine mount is often recommended for a significant driving improvement with minimal impact on cabin refinement. However, for heavily modified, track, or motorsport applications, upgrading all three mounts is advised. The manufacturer notes that a full mount setup for daily drivers involves a noticeable compromise in cabin vibration and comfort for performance gains.
