The ELATE URS190 GS460 1UR-FSE FDFI1900 Intercooled Supercharger Kit is a comprehensive upgrade package for the Lexus URS190 GS460 equipped with the 4.6L direct injected 1UR-FSE engine. This kit centers around the popular FDFI1900 roots-type supercharger, a product of Harrop Engineering in Australia, featuring an Eaton TVS1900 rotor pack and a vertical bypass for efficient operation. The extensive list of inclusions ensures a complete installation. Key components include a two-piece billet aluminum intercooled supercharger manifold with a top plate, the Harrop FDFI1900 supercharger unit itself, and a billet adapter to connect the UR to FDFI throttle body. For intake, a polymer tube designed for the URS206/GS460 is provided, along with necessary direct injection driver extension looms and a relocation bracket. Cooling is managed by a dual-pass external heat exchanger with -12AN fittings and a dedicated mounting bracket, supported by a Bosch 1200LPH water-to-air pump and a reservoir with a 15psi relief cap. Included in the package is a 75mm 6PK supercharger pulley designed to produce 6-7psi of boost, a Gates 6PK drive belt, and all necessary idler pulleys and brackets. The kit also features ELATE-specific components such as a cast front water cross-over, radiator hoses, silicone heater hoses, silicone throttle body coolant hose, and silicone water-to-air feed hoses. Fueling and fluid lines are provided, including 400 series -12AN and -8AN lines for various functions, along with a -6AN line for a purge valve. A dedicated relay loom for the W2A pump and a fastener kit complete the assembly. While this setup can operate on the factory ECU due to the engine's rich factory calibration, an ECU tune by a reputable tuner is strongly recommended for optimal performance gains and engine longevity.
