The JL Audio C2-650 Evolution C2 Series is a 6.5-inch component speaker system engineered to deliver superior audio performance with enhanced clarity and balance. It features 6.5-inch woofers with mineral-filled polypropylene cones designed for long linear excursion and stamped steel frames, contributing to precise midrange reproduction and punchy mid-bass response. Complementing the woofers are 0.75-inch silk dome tweeters that produce crisp, natural high frequencies with smooth, extended response both on and off axis. The C2-650 system is designed for a direct fit in many vehicles that accept a 6.5-inch speaker, with multiple mounting patterns provided on the woofer frame for easier installation. The included crossover networks are compact and built with premium component parts. Flush-mounting and surface-mounting fixtures for the tweeters are provided, allowing for flexibility in installation to fit a wide variety of needs.
