The Pioneer TS-W311D4 is a 12-inch Champion Series subwoofer engineered for versatile installation in both closed and bandpass (BP4) enclosure types. The unit features an IMPP composite seamless cone and a durable 2-layer fiber-reinforced elastic polymer surround, all supported by a stamped steel basket assembly. Technically, this dual voice coil (DVC) subwoofer is rated for 400 watts RMS (200 watts per coil) and 1400 watts of peak power. It offers a frequency response of 20-125 Hz and a sensitivity of 95 dB. The mounting depth required for installation is 151 mm, with a cutout diameter of 283 mm. For proper operation, both voice coils must be connected to the amplifier.
