The Crossfire Audio C7-18-D2 is a robust 18-inch subwoofer engineered to deliver significant bass for car audio systems. At its core is a high-grade Y35 250 oz motor assembly, paired with a 3-inch, high-temperature, flat-wound aluminum voice coil made in the USA. Constructed for performance, the C7-18-D2 features a semi-pressed paper cone for accurate sound reproduction. It is further enhanced by a wide roll double stitched surround and a multi-layer Nomex spider suspension, both contributing to extreme excursion capabilities and longevity. The inclusion of dual stitched flat XL tinsel lead wires ensures reliable electrical connections under demanding conditions. The subwoofer is housed in an extended 6-spoke cast frame, providing a sturdy foundation for its powerful components.
