The Pioneer TS-A6961F is a 6"x9" 4-way coaxial car speaker designed to deliver an immersive audio experience with rich bass, clear output, and balanced sound. It features a high-performance carbon and mica-reinforced Injection Molded Polypropylene (IMPP) cone for a rigid, lightweight construction that ensures smoother handling and impressive low-end output. This speaker system boasts a unique 4-way design, incorporating an 18mm tweeter, an 11mm super tweeter, and a 2-1/4" polyetherimide (PEI) film cone midrange in addition to the main woofer. This multi-component array provides a broader spectrum of sound, allowing for exceptional detail and clarity across various frequencies. The TS-A6961F is engineered to handle up to 450 watts of peak power and 90 watts RMS, with a frequency range from 29 Hz to 28 kHz and a high sensitivity of 92 dB. Pioneer's OPEN & SMOOTH sound concept ensures uniform off-axis frequency response for consistent audio quality, even when speakers are positioned away from the listener. The integrated inline crossover network simplifies installation by eliminating the need for an external module.
