The Pioneer TS-A1081F A-Series Plus speakers are designed as a direct replacement for factory 4-inch speakers, offering an immediate upgrade in acoustic performance. These 2-way coaxial speakers boast a 4.0" cone constructed from carbon and mica reinforced IMPP material, providing a blend of durability and responsive mid-bass reproduction. The accompanying 25mm polyetherimide (PEI) hard dome tweeter is engineered to deliver crisp, clear high frequencies, extending the audio spectrum up to 40 kHz. With a maximum power handling of 230 watts per pair and a nominal power handling of 50 watts RMS, these speakers are capable of producing dynamic sound. They operate at a 4-ohm impedance and achieve an efficiency of 90 dB (1W/1M), ensuring they can be driven effectively by most factory or aftermarket head units. The frequency response ranges from 82 Hz to 40 kHz, covering a broad spectrum of audio. Installation is facilitated by a custom-fit basket with both 4- and 2-hole mounting patterns, designed for flexible application in various vehicles.
