The Alpine R2-S65C is a 6.5" 2-way component speaker system designed to deliver high-resolution audio. It features a Reinforced Glass Fiber cone and a 1" Magnesium Hard Dome tweeter.

This speaker system offers 100 watts RMS power handling and 300 watts peak power handling per speaker. It is Hi-Res Audio certified and has a frequency response up to 40kHz.

The Alpine R2-S65C is a Next-Generation R-Series 6.5" 2-way component speaker system engineered for exceptional sound quality. These speakers are Hi-Res Audio certified, capable of reproducing frequencies up to 40kHz, bringing your music closer to the original recording. The system features a lightweight yet rigid Glass Fiber Reinforced cone for accurate sound reproduction with minimal distortion, coupled with Alpine's exclusive High Amplitude Multi-Roll (HAMR) surround for increased excursion and linearity. The 1" Magnesium Hard Dome tweeters provide a bright sound signature and include a swivel-mount design with a threaded removable housing for flexible installation. With a power handling of 100W RMS and 300W Peak per speaker (200W RMS / 600W Peak per set), these component speakers are designed to play loud and clear without distortion. They are ideal for those who enjoy high-volume audio and feature a ferrite magnet motor structure for enhanced mid-bass output. The included in-line crossover networks simplify installation. The top-mount depth is 2-1/2".
