The Alpine HDZ-65C is a 2-way component speaker set that brings high-resolution audio to your vehicle, drawing from the engineering of Alpine's Ultra High-Resolution AlpineF#1Status system. Each speaker utilizes a carbon composite cone material for a unified timbre identity and excellent harmonics, benefiting from a lightweight yet stiff construction that provides high dynamics and low distortion. The system features Alpine's proprietary double-gathered edge surround technology, allowing for maximum cone excursion and exceptional cone control. This design minimizes sound distortion, even at higher volumes. The 1.25-inch ring-radiator tweeters are Hi-Res Audio certified, capable of reproducing frequencies up to 40kHz, and include an integrated wave-guide, tuned-back chamber, and a neodymium magnet for superior sound quality. While each component can be used independently, the best results and highest audio performance are achieved when installed as a full system. The HDZ-65C is described as a custom-fit model, designed to integrate into most factory speaker locations, though specific vehicle compatibility should always be verified.
