The Pioneer TS-G6930F speakers are a 6" x 9" three-way coaxial audio solution, offering a significant upgrade over factory-installed units. These speakers boast a maximum power handling of 400 watts and a nominal power of 45 watts, ensuring robust sound output. The construction features Pioneer's signature Mica reinforced IMPP™ cone, which is both lightweight and strong, contributing to enhanced sensitivity and minimized distortion. A Conex damper is integrated to improve power handling and deliver deeper bass frequencies. The speaker array includes a 1-7/8" (48mm) cellulose fiber cone midrange and an 11mm PET hard dome tweeter. This combination is engineered to reproduce high-frequency sounds with clarity and musicality, covering a frequency range from 32 Hz to 32 kHz. The impedance is set at 4 ohms, and the efficiency is rated at 90 dB (1W/1M), indicating good performance with moderate power input. Pioneer has designed these speakers with a shallow mounting depth, which facilitates easier installation in a variety of vehicle locations.
