It achieves this without directly modifying the ECU, allowing for easy reversion to stock settings. The PCV features a compact design, significantly smaller than its predecessor, the PCIII, and is USB powered, negating the need for a separate 9-volt adapter for programming. Key features include a built-in 2-position map switching function (map switch sold separately) and gear input, which enables map adjustments based on gear and speed. It also offers an analog input for users to install a 0-5 volt sensor (like boost or temperature) and create custom adjustment tables. The PCV can map each cylinder individually for each gear, allowing for up to 24 separate fuel tables on a 4-cylinder, 6-speed transmission bike. The fuel change range is expanded to -100/+250%, offering greater adjustment capability for sportbikes with 8 injectors. It also includes enhanced "accel pump" utility with increased adjustment and sensitivity ranges, 10 throttle position columns, and is compatible with Windows ME/2000/XP/Vista software, using .djm file extensions. The USB cable and 9V battery power adapter are included. This product is proudly made in the USA. This Power Commander V is specifically designed for the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R models from 2013 to 2022. While it offers advanced tuning capabilities, users can access a vast library of tunes for various aftermarket parts or create their own using the Power Core software.
