The BBR Motorsports USD 37mm Fork Kit is a front suspension upgrade designed for the Honda CRF110F 2019-Present. Developed in a joint venture with Cobra Motorcycle, these forks feature special CARD fork legs heat-treated for adult riders and updated valving and spring rates. The kit includes BBR-exclusive triple clamps machined from aerospace aluminum in the USA, with All Balls Racing stem bearings. It also features a black wrinkle finish 14" aluminum alloy OEM Cobra rim and hub with aluminum spline drive nipples, and a CARD 4-piston hydraulic disc brake with a 205mm rotor.

The BBR Motorsports USD 37mm Fork Kit represents a significant upgrade for the Honda CRF110F, designed specifically for adult riders. Developed in collaboration with Cobra Motorcycle, this kit features special CARD fork legs that have undergone heat treatment and are equipped with updated valving and spring rates tailored for adult performance. Carson Brown himself has lauded these as the best pitbike forks he has ever ridden, even surpassing many production big-bike forks. The accompanying triple clamp is a BBR exclusive, engineered from scratch to offer a more modern design with enhanced flex for improved feel. The front wheel assembly includes a 14" aluminum alloy OEM Cobra rim with a black wrinkle finish, a matching OEM Cobra hub, and aluminum spline drive nipples. The braking system is a Cobra/CARD 4-piston hydraulic disc with a 205mm rotor, and the included brake hose is compatible with most standard super mini handlebars, with a longer option available. This comprehensive kit also comes with a Dunlop MX33 front tire (60-100x14), a tube, and a rim lock. The fork legs measure approximately 29" from the top of the fork cap to the center of the axle, making them a direct match for BBR's ProComp rear suspension kit. Replacement parts such as brake levers, pads, fork seals, and guards are available separately.
