The HP Tuners M02-004 is a User Defined Parameters License for VCM Editor. This license allows users to add and edit parameters, such as switches, scalars, and tables, that are not currently defined in VCM Editor. Users can define these parameters using TunerPro, save the definition, and import it directly into the User Defined Parameters feature in VCM Editor. For permanent addition of parameters to VCM Editor, users can submit requests to support.
