V-2 Si-Trim Standard Output Supercharger System

The Vortech Superchargers V-2 Si-Trim Standard Output Complete System (PN 4FU218-630SQ) is a fully calibrated, 50-state emissions-legal supercharger system engineered specifically for 2005-2008 Ford Mustang V6 models equipped with the 4.0L engine. Finished in a durable satin coating, this Standard Output (non-cooled) system is designed to deliver significant, reliable horsepower and torque gains while preserving factory drivability, all on 91-octane fuel. From the factory, the 2005-2008 Mustang V6 produces 210 horsepower and 254 lb-ft of torque. This Vortech system safely increases output to an impressive 290 horsepower and 294 lb-ft of torque at the factory redline, operating at 8 PSI of boost. Its engine oil-fed design ensures excellent lubrication and cooling, even during sustained boost operation. This is a true complete system, including all necessary fuel system upgrades and ECU calibration. It comes with a Diablosport In-Tune handheld programmer that re-flashes the ECM with a safe Vortech calibration for 91-octane fuel, ensuring consistent results with OEM-like street manners. Included components feature a high-flow bypass valve, roto-molded intake ducting, silicone couplers, a 98mm MAF housing, a high-flow conical air filter with heat shield, and a billet aluminum supercharger mounting bracket. Installation is estimated to take 8-10 hours for the Standard Output system, and professional installation is recommended. The system is available for both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. An optional High Output Charge Cooler Upgrade is available for future expansion, increasing output to 330 HP & 337 lb-ft at 10 PSI.
