V-Band Blow-Off Valve

This valve is celebrated for its advanced internal flow structures and unique collar design, making it 50% lighter and 25% smaller than competing options while achieving an impressive flow rate exceeding 330 CFM, positioning it as the highest-flowing BOV of its kind on the market. Constructed from Billet 6000 Series Aluminium, the GenV RacePort features a Hi-Temp Silicon Nomex Diaphragm, Milspec Hard Anodized Valve Guide and Stem, and Boost Balance Technology for optimal performance. It utilizes a positive sealing valve seat and includes twin 1/8" NPT reference ports, with an option for a valve position sensor upgrade. The valve comes with a quick-release aluminum V-band collar and is supplied with necessary 1/8 NPT vacuum fittings and a V-band assembly. The included pink spring is rated for -4 InHg, suitable for supercharged applications. It is important to note that the weld-flange is NOT included with this product; for a complete kit with a mounting system, a different RacePort Valve configuration should be considered. The valve is proven to handle extreme boost levels, with capabilities confirmed on race engines exceeding 120psi and able to bypass approximately 2500 HP worth of airflow.
