V-Band Flange Single Turbocharger

This wastegate features V-band flanges for easier installation and fabrication, along with internal coolant passages to effectively manage heat near the diaphragm assembly. Key construction details highlight the use of a high-temperature NiCrFe alloy for the valve and 347SS for the valve housing, contributing to extended product life. The actuator diaphragm is made from a high-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced material, and the actuator spring is 17-7 PH Stainless Steel, ensuring consistent pressure even at high temperatures up to 900°F (483°C). The valve seat and bushing are crafted from Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel for added robustness. This MVS wastegate comes with a comprehensive kit including the wastegate assembly, valve seat, air and coolant fitting sets, inlet/outlet flanges with clamps, and all necessary WG springs. This allows users to tune their boost levels precisely without needing to purchase additional springs separately. The product is available in various actuator colors, specified at the time of order.
