V-Maxx Classic Stage 2 Suspension Kit

The Flyin' Miata V-Maxx Classic Stage 2 suspension kit is engineered to significantly enhance the handling and ride performance of the Mazda Miata NA chassis (1990-1997). This comprehensive kit integrates V-Maxx coilovers with Flyin' Miata's own adjustable sway bars, creating a balanced and responsive suspension system. The V-Maxx coilovers are designed with adjustable spring perches, offering precise control over ride height and corner weighting. They feature a fixed damping setup that is well-matched to the included spring rates (391 lb/in front, 258 lb/in rear) and a 1/2" shorter rear shock body to provide extra compression travel for improved ride quality and handling. The included FM sway bars are crafted from hot-formed 4140 CrMo spring steel for increased strength. The front sway bars are available in two sizes (0.875" for NA6, 1.0" for NA8) and offer two adjustment settings, while the rear sway bar (0.625") provides three settings. The kit includes brackets, urethane bushings, waterproof grease, adjusting tools, bumpstops, and all necessary upper mount parts for installation, though factory upper mounts are recommended. This suspension kit offers an excellent balance of performance and value, suitable for street-driven cars seeking a more engaging driving experience. While not intended to match the ultimate speed of higher-tier racing coilovers, it provides a significant upgrade over stock suspension, delivering a "go-kart like" feel and improved cornering capabilities.
