The Vorsteiner V-rt Dvwp Front Bumper is a premium aftermarket replacement for the Porsche 911 Turbo/GT2 (2007-2009). Manufactured using Vorsteiner's advanced vacuum forming production process, this bumper is constructed from their signature Dry Vacuumed Woven Plastic (DVWP) material. This high-tech composite replaces traditional wetlay-up fiberglass, offering significant advantages. The DVWP process involves high compression vacuum forming, similar to dry carbon fiber production, to create dense, airtight composite sheets. This results in superior stiffness, durability, and a higher heat tolerance compared to conventional fiberglass.
