These systems offer easily accessible adjustment knobs for 30 levels of damping control (compression/rebound combined) and independently adjustable ride height settings via the shock body, allowing for a customized stance without sacrificing damper travel. The patented concave lower locking ring provides a secure and reliable method for maintaining height adjustments. Constructed with a mono-tube shock design and larger 53mm damper bodies housing 46mm pistons, these coilovers maximize oil capacity. This enhanced oil volume helps dissipate heat more effectively, leading to more consistent damping performance even under extreme conditions. Features include adjustable lower spring platforms for corner weighting, enabling perfect vehicle balance and maximizing tire efficiency. Many applications utilize pillowball upper mounts for improved steering response and handling by eliminating flex associated with standard rubber mounts. Where applicable, camber adjustable aluminium pillowball top mounts are included, allowing for precise camber tuning for road, track, or drift use. BC Racing employs robust corrosion protection measures, including black chromed steel damper units, anodized aluminum components, and electrophoretic deposition followed by powder coating on steel lower mounts. Springs are manufactured from SAE9254 high-strength steel, tested for durability over 500,000 cycles. A 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects is included, and the coilovers are completely rebuildable with individual parts available.
