V10 FSI Lightweight Crank Pulley

The JHM Motorsports V10 FSI Lightweight Crank Pulley is an aftermarket component engineered for the Audi C6-S6 and D3-S8 models featuring the 5.2L V10 FSI engine. This pulley is designed to reduce the engine's rotating mass significantly, shedding nearly 9 lbs compared to the OEM unit. Despite the weight reduction, the JHM pulley is precisely counterbalanced to ensure proper engine balancing, similar to the factory component. To maintain a subtle aesthetic, it is anodized in black, allowing it to blend in more effectively with the stock components. This lightweight crank pulley contributes to freeing up horsepower by minimizing the energy required to accelerate and decelerate the crankshaft. One specific bolt hole on the OEM pulley features a dowel that must be transferred to the JHM pulley, ensuring correct one-way installation. All bolts should be torqued to 20 ft lbs in a star pattern, and the use of Loctite is recommended.
