The Canadian Auto Performance CAP-EXH-020 is a V2 downpipe system for the 3.0T Supercharged V6 engine. These non-resonated downpipes feature a 2.5" diameter for optimal performance and exhaust flow, designed to replace the stock 2.25" downpipes with less durable flex pipes. They are compatible with OEM cats, CAP test pipes, aftermarket test pipes, and OEM style catback exhaust systems.

The Canada Auto Performance (CAP) Version 2 (V2) downpipes are engineered for the 3.0T Supercharged V6 engine, offering an upgrade over stock components. Featuring a premium V-band connection, these downpipes allow for easier exhaust modifications without needing a complete replacement. Each downpipe is optimally sized at 2.5" to maximize performance and exhaust flow. These non-resonated downpipes are well-suited for vehicles equipped with stock catalytic converters and serve as an excellent replacement for failing stock flex pipes, which are typically smaller at 2.25" and prone to failure. The CAP V2 downpipes are constructed with higher quality flex pipes designed for longevity. Installation compatibility extends to OEM cats, CAP test pipes, aftermarket test pipes, and OEM-style cat-back exhaust systems. The product is made with 304 stainless steel bolts and gaskets, and comes with a lifetime warranty. However, the warranty is voided if using 2-step launch control or modifications that cause exhaust flame shooting, due to the extreme heat and pressure these actions generate.
