The Rough Country V2 Front Shocks are a pair of monotube shock absorbers designed for Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD models from 2011-2022. They feature a T6061 brushed aluminum body for corrosion resistance and heat dissipation, a 46mm high-flow piston for superior fluid control, and a nitrogen-charged design to minimize aeration and improve handling. The Rough Country V2 Monotube Shock Absorbers are engineered to provide unmatched ride quality and performance on and off the road. Whether navigating rocky terrain or city streets, these shocks deliver the control, comfort, and consistency demanded by enthusiasts. Each shock absorber features a precision monotube design with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) to keep high-pressure nitrogen and shock oil separate, resulting in rapid, fade-free damping without cavitation. The construction includes a massive 46mm high-flow piston for enhanced fluid control and durability, and a nitrogen-charged system to reduce aeration for improved handling during aggressive use. The T6061 brushed aluminum body offers corrosion resistance and rapid heat dissipation, contributing to both longevity and a rugged aesthetic. These V2 Front Shocks are designed for 2011-2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD (2WD and 4WD), 2011-2024 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD (2WD and 4WD), 2011-2023 GMC Sierra 2500 HD (2WD and 4WD), and 2011-2023 GMC Sierra 3500 HD (2WD and 4WD). They are noted to fit vehicles with a 5-8" front lift and specifically fit with Rough Country NTD style lifts. Installation time is estimated at 1-2 hours, and they are sold in pairs. Backed by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, these shocks are built to withstand harsh environments and demanding trails.
