The Aerofabb V2 Front Splitter is specifically handcrafted for the 2018+ VW Mk7.5 GTI, ensuring an accurate and precise fitment that goes beyond typical universal parts. Constructed from durable, U.S.-made, high-impact plastic, it features a smooth matte black finish and includes factory-installed laser-etched badging within a recessed pocket for a clean look. This V2 splitter incorporates aerofabb's proprietary aerobrace™ reinforcement brace, a unique feature designed to evenly distribute load and enhance rigidity, particularly under high negative lift conditions or during harsh weather. This approach prevents common failures seen with other splitters that solely attach to the weaker splash tray. Installation is designed to be hassle-free, utilizing some pre-existing holes on the factory Mk7.5 GTI front bumper. All mounting holes are pre-drilled, and the kit includes metric stainless hardware and mounting spacers for straightforward assembly with common hand tools. Important Fitment Note: This V2 Front Splitter is designed for the 2018+ VW Mk7.5 GTI models and **does not fit pre-facelift Mk7 GTI models**. It has been speed-tested up to 140mph+.
