The ETS Subaru STI V2 MaxFlow Header by Extreme Turbo Systems is engineered as a high-performance, direct factory replacement for the 2004+ Subaru STI. The header boasts 1 7/8" primary runners that converge into a true low-angle 4-1 merge collector, then transition to a substantial 2.5" secondary pipe. This configuration is optimized for maximum scavenging and exhaust flow. The construction utilizes custom .100" thick wall USA-made tubing from 304 stainless steel for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. Key features include CNC mandrel-bent runners, surfaced flanges for a leak-free seal, and a low-profile design for increased clearance, confirmed to fit with XL oil pans from brands like IAG and KillerB. Installation is made easier with a slip-fit connection. ETS offers this header with multiple up-pipe flange options, including 2-bolt, 3-bolt, or V-band configurations to suit various build needs. The entire unit is 100% built in-house in the USA, reflecting a commitment to quality craftsmanship. This header is available for various Subaru STI model years, with specific options for 2004-2007, 2008-2014, and 2015+ vehicles.
