The Brian Tooley Racing BTR TK002 V2 Rocker Arm Trunnion Kit is an advanced upgrade for GM LS and LT engines, building upon the success of previous designs. This kit replaces standard rocker arm trunnions with a more robust system featuring trunnions with pre-installed inner race bearings. These bearings are constructed from 52100 heat-treated bearing steel, a significant upgrade in durability compared to the 8620 carburized steel used in V1 kits and many OEM applications. The V2 trunnion design incorporates a self-oiling axle with a priority feeding system, ensuring consistent lubrication to the trunnion for extended component life and improved performance under stress. The kit is specifically designed for LS1, LS3, and 99-13 LS truck-style rockers. A critical note for installation: the trunnion may interfere with the passenger side valve cover baffle on early style LS1/LS6 covers. Please consult the included instructions for proper installation procedures.
