The Brian Tooley Racing (BTR) V2 Rocker Arm Trunnion Upgrade Kit (TK027) is engineered to enhance the valvetrain of LS7 and Gen V LT1/LT4 engines. Building upon the success of their V1 kit, the V2 introduces significant durability improvements. It features trunnions with pre-installed inner race bearings, utilizing a pressed inner race constructed from 52100 heat-treated bearing steel for superior longevity compared to the 8620 carburized steel found in V1 kits and many OEM components. This kit is designed for non-adjustable rocker arms and includes all necessary components for installation: 16 rocker trunnions, 32 trunnion races, 32 grip ring clips, 33 trunnion bearings, 32 retainers, 2 assembly washers, and 16 rocker bolts. The axle design is self-oiling, with a priority feeding system directed to the trunnion itself, ensuring consistent lubrication under demanding conditions. According to BTR, this product does not require an Executive Order in California and is legal for sale and use in all 50 states.
