The ADD W1 V3 baffled oil catch can kit is specifically designed for Ford F-150 and Expedition vehicles to enhance engine performance and longevity. It effectively separates oil vapors from the PCV/CCV system, preventing oil contamination and reducing carbon buildup within the intake manifold, intercooler, and throttle body. The advanced Triple Twister baffled design, a patented technology, ensures maximum oil separation efficiency even under aggressive driving conditions. Constructed from lightweight T6061 aircraft aluminum, this direct-fit kit includes a custom bracket, necessary fittings, and pre-cut high-performance vacuum hoses for a straightforward installation. The kit features a closed-loop system for PCV/CCV applications and an easy-drain NPT plug, with an optional remote quick drain valve available. It helps maintain cleaner intercooler and intake piping, contributing to overall engine health and sustained performance. This oil catch can is compatible with 2011–2023 Ford F-150 models equipped with the 2.7L EcoBoost, 3.5L EcoBoost, or 5.0L V8 engines. It also fits 2018–2023 Ford Expedition and Expedition MAX models with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine. The product is available in various finishes, including aluminum and carbon fiber, with options for standard or billet aluminum clamps.
