The ADD W1 V3 Baffled Oil Catch Can Kit is engineered to protect your 2.8L Duramax turbo-diesel engine by intercepting contaminants that the factory PCV system can route back into the intake tract. Over time, these contaminants like oil vapor, moisture, and blow-by can contribute to residue buildup inside the intake system, potentially affecting performance. This direct-fit closed-loop system utilizes ADD W1's patented Triple Twister Chamber, featuring a three-stage internal baffling system designed to improve oil-vapor and moisture separation. The high-flow internal design helps maintain proper PCV system airflow while minimizing restriction. Constructed from lightweight 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, the catch can offers an oil collection capacity of up to approximately 150 mL and includes an easy-drain NPT plug. The entire unit is fully serviceable and reusable, with an optional remote quick-drain valve available. The kit provides everything needed for a clean, secure installation, including a vehicle-specific mounting bracket, pre-cut high-performance vacuum hose, and all necessary fittings and hardware. It utilizes the supplied OEM factory connection points, making it a direct-fit installation without cutting or welding.
