The Outfront Motorsports Closed Deck V3 Base Shortblock is engineered for extreme performance applications, featuring a V3 closed deck process that significantly enhances durability under high boost and cylinder pressures. The package is completed with included rear covers, a rear seal, and pin plugs, and importantly, requires no core exchange. Outfront Motorsports emphasizes meticulous quality control throughout their assembly process. All blocks are bored and honed using torque plates, tolerances are double-checked, and all components are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before assembly in their cleanroom environment. This shortblock is rated to handle 750 BHP in its base configuration, with further customization options available for those with higher power aspirations.
