The KW V3 Coilover suspension kit is engineered with cutting-edge motorsports technology to deliver enhanced performance and safety reserves for everyday driving. Developed and manufactured in Germany, this suspension system effectively minimizes pitching and rolling movements during critical maneuvers like cornering, acceleration, and braking, leading to noticeably shorter braking distances. This system features advanced patented TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) and TVC-A (Twin Valve Compression - Adjustable) technology. These allow for independent adjustment of rebound and compression damping, enabling fine-tuning of the suspension to match personal driving preferences, vehicle modifications, or specific track conditions. The extensive adjustment range directly influences steering behavior, directional stability, grip, and overall handling characteristics for confident and repeatable performance at the limit. Constructed with Inox-Line Stainless Steel, these coilovers offer permanent corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity and consistent performance without the risk of coatings wearing off during adjustment. The composite spring perches are made from wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide with a stainless-steel insert, preventing oxidation while maintaining strength. Additionally, the integrated dust protection system on the elastomer bump stops safeguards the piston rod and seals from water and dirt particles, contributing to the overall durability and ride quality. Each damper is individually serialized and dyno-tested at KW's Fichtenberg, Germany headquarters to ensure accuracy and preset shock settings before delivery.
