V3 HFPCs Kit

The RV6 Performance V3 HFPCs Kit is engineered for the 2nd Generation J-series engines, specifically for the 2003-2007 Honda Accord V6 with a 3.0L engine. Designed using 3D CAD and CMM, these High-Flow Performance Catalytic Converters (HFPCs) feature precision-casted 304 stainless steel transition pieces from flange to pipe. This advanced design promotes optimal, turbulence-free flow without compromising structural integrity, with castings no thinner than 5mm at their weakest points to ensure resilience against cracking. The specifications for these HFPCs include 304 stainless steel cast flange sections and 300-cell high-temperature catalytic converters. The construction is TIG welded for enhanced durability and performance. The kit comes complete with essential installation hardware, including Honda gaskets, M10-1.25 studs and flanged lock nuts, an M8-1.25 flange bolt, 2.25" precat to J-pipe gaskets, and antiseize compound. RV6 Performance offers a 24-month warranty on the castings and welding of this HFPCs kit. It is important to note that there is no warranty on the catalytic converters themselves. This product is specifically designed for the 2003-2007 Honda Accord V6 (3.0L).
