V3 Long Tube Jpipe Kit

The RV6 Performance V3 Long Tube Jpipe Kit represents the culmination of years of research and development in optimizing Jpipe design for the 2004-2008 Acura TL & TL-S. This V3 iteration focuses on equalizing runner length and maximizing ground clearance through an innovative design where one tube tucks behind the other. Constructed from full Stainless 304 and fully TIG welded, this Jpipe features 2.25" primaries and a 2.5" outlet. It also incorporates triple-lined, hiss-free flex pipes to ensure durability and quiet operation. The design prioritizes maximum road clearance, making it suitable for various driving conditions. Extensive dyno testing was performed on an unmodified 2005 automatic base TL using an AWD Mustang dyno. These tests focused on optimizing tubing sizes and lengths to achieve maximum usable horsepower and torque gains. Higher gains are anticipated with manual base and TL-S models. The kit includes all necessary hardware and gaskets for a direct bolt-on installation, requiring no cutting or welding. This Jpipe replaces the highly restrictive OE Jpipe and the third catalytic converter, contributing to improved exhaust flow and performance.
