The ECMLink V3 Package represents a major evolution in engine management, stemming from nearly three years of development and incorporating extensive lessons learned. This is not merely an upgrade but a fundamentally redesigned and rebuilt product, offering substantially improved performance and features over previous iterations. V3 is engineered to provide comprehensive datalogging, real-time tuning, and reflashing capabilities, catering to a wide array of configurations, from stock setups to high-performance race applications. The ECMLink V3 is compatible with the 1G DSM (1990-1994), 2G DSM (1995-1997), and Galant VR4 (1991-1992) models. Users can select specific ECU types, injector sizes (ranging from stock 450cc to 1150cc FIC and PTE options), and MAF types, including stock, various DSM variants, and GM MAF with MAFT. The system also supports advanced configurations like speed density, though specific setup details for sensors and inputs will need to be configured by the user. Customization options extend to socket and conversion services for ECUs. Customers can opt for no service, EPROM ECU socketing, or various conversions such as 1G non-TURBO to TURBO, 2G-EVO8 conversion, and non-EPROM conversions for both 1G and 2G ECUs. These options are crucial for ensuring compatibility and maximizing the potential of the ECMLink V3 system. The product's initial configuration settings, including injector compensation and MAF type, are provided upon shipment but can be fully customized by the user at any time.
