V3 Si Trim Supercharger Kit with Intercooler

The RIPP Supercharger kit is a comprehensive performance upgrade for the 2007-2011 Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU equipped with the 3.8L engine. This system utilizes a self-contained Vortech V3 Si Trim Supercharger with helical-cut gears, capable of producing 8psi of boost. The kit includes a front-mounted intercooler to manage intake temperatures, 2.25-2.5" mandrel-bent aluminum charge pipes for optimal airflow, and a Diablo Sport tuner pre-loaded with a RIPP custom tune. It also comes with a RIPP MAP sensor, black powder-coated mounting brackets, a Gates belt, a RIPP custom air filter, all necessary hardware, NGK copper core V-power spark plugs, and 4-ply black couplers with clamps. When installed, this supercharger system can elevate a stock 3.8L engine's output from approximately 133 WHP to around 240 WHP on stock tire and gear sizes. For Jeeps commonly running 35-37" tires, the system delivers an exceptional 230+ WHP and 260+ lb/ft of torque, representing an increase of over 100 horsepower in many cases. The power delivery is described as linear, with usable power across all RPM ranges, particularly beneficial in 4WD-low conditions for manageable crawling and responsive daily driving. Each kit is hand-assembled in the USA and backed by a 1-year warranty.
