The GKTech V3 steering angle kit is engineered for Nissan Z33 350z, Infiniti G35 (V35) Sedan/Coupe, and Nissan V35 Skyline models. This bolt-on kit significantly enhances steering speed and angle, addressing the OEM limitations that restrict lead wheel lock to approximately 37 degrees. With this kit, drivers can achieve up to 60 degrees of lead wheel lock, offering a substantial improvement for drift, grip, and street driving. Key features include a 30% increase in steering speed for quicker response, adjustable Ackerman to allow for near-parallel front steering, and adjustable bump steer via shims. The installation is completely reversible, requiring no permanent modifications to the vehicle, which is ideal for those using GKTech's Super Lock Lower Control Arms. Installation is estimated to take around 30 minutes and is recommended to be performed by a professional due to the nature of suspension components. While the kit includes all necessary hardware for installation, GKTech strongly recommends an optional bolt-on rack spacer to maximize steering lock potential. Additionally, to correct the poor geometry associated with OEM lower control arms, their Super Lock Lower Control Arms are also recommended. A professional wheel alignment is required after installation due to changes in toe alignment. Customers should be aware that increased steering lock and altered Ackerman may trigger the VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control) system. To bypass this, it is recommended to either bypass or unplug the factory YAW sensor, though disabling this sensor may have legal implications for road use.
