V3 Street Series 1L Air/Oil Separator

The IAG Performance V3 Street Series Air/Oil Separator (AOS) is engineered to safeguard your 2022-2024 Subaru WRX FA24F 2.4L engine from detrimental oil seeping into the intake tract. This can lead to premature mechanical issues, deterioration of rubber and silicone components, detonation, pre-ignition, and potential engine damage. The AOS actively prevents oil from entering the intake, thereby maintaining optimal performance and fuel efficiency. Constructed from lightweight yet durable cast aluminum with a wrinkle black powder coat finish, this AOS features a 1-liter swirl pot canister. Its innovative baffle system creates an internal gas vortex that traps oil particles as PCV gasses pass through, returning the separated oil to the engine's crankcase. Unlike basic catch cans, the IAG AOS requires no routine draining or maintenance, as the collected oil gradually drains back to the crankcase. A proprietary heating system, linked to the vehicle's cooling system, prevents condensation and sludge buildup by maintaining the AOS canister at engine temperature. The installation is streamlined with custom-length SAE Quick Connection lines, ensuring a reliable and secure fit that mimics a factory component. Pre-cut and crimped hoses are included for applicable Subaru models, simplifying the process for the 2022-2024 WRX. The AOS works in conjunction with the OEM PCV system, enhancing its capacity for improved suction and air-oil separation.
