V3 Street Series Air/Oil Separator

The IAG Performance V3 Street Series Air / Oil Separator (AOS) is engineered to protect your Subaru vehicle's investment by more effectively separating oil from the PCV system. A special heating system integrated into the cast aluminum housing keeps the collected oil from becoming sludge, ensuring it can be safely reintroduced to the engine. The AOS design is the result of extensive testing and features a large, 1-liter cast aluminum swirl pot canister that enhances oil separation upstream of the PCV gasses' return to the intake system. Its fully-heated housing, superior venting, and unique baffle system work together to prevent oil from coating the intake tract, intercooler, and piping. This oil contamination can lead to premature failure of hoses, detonation, preignition, high emissions, smoke, loss of power, decreased gas mileage, and potentially catastrophic engine failure. The Street Series AOS maintains the functionality of the OEM PCV system while supplementing its capacity. It protects against oil dilution and lubrication failures, particularly in ethanol-fueled applications, by capturing fuel vapors from the oil and returning them to the intake tract for combustion. The system is designed for easy, plug-and-play installation for the 2022+ Subaru WRX, utilizing custom injection-molded fittings that connect directly to the OEM breather ports without requiring modifications.
