V3 Street Series Air/Oil Separator

The IAG Performance V3 Street Series Air/Oil Separator (AOS) is a precision-engineered upgrade for your Subaru, specifically designed for 2015–2021 WRX and 2014–2018 Forester XT 2.0L FA engines. This system enhances crankcase ventilation and prevents oil from entering the intake, thereby safeguarding your engine from premature wear, detonation, and performance loss. At its core, the AOS features a 1-liter cast aluminum swirl pot canister with an intelligent baffle system. This system efficiently separates oil from PCV gases, returning the oil to the crankcase. Unlike traditional catch cans, the IAG AOS is maintenance-free, requiring no manual draining as the collected oil gradually drains back into the engine. A proprietary heating system integrated into the unit prevents condensation and sludge buildup, ensuring consistent performance. The V3 AOS integrates seamlessly with the OEM PCV system, maintaining intake manifold vacuum benefits while increasing capacity. For ethanol-fueled applications, it helps prevent oil dilution by capturing fuel vapors and reintroducing them for combustion. The lightweight yet durable aluminum housing is finished in powdercoat and reduces overall weight compared to previous designs, making it suitable for both street and track use. Installation is simplified with included custom-length SAE Quick Connection lines for a secure, leak-free fit, offering a polished, factory-like appearance. The AOS includes all necessary fittings for installation, as well as unique billet aluminum coolant swivel fittings.
