V4 Clubsport Coil-over Kit

The KW V4 Clubsport coilover kit is engineered for demanding track applications, drawing upon KW's extensive motorsports experience. Developed using the Nordschleife and a 7-post rig, this kit allows for precise tuning to account for wheel loads, vehicle weight, and chassis reinforcements, providing enhanced body stiffness. It integrates KW's advanced racing technology with durable, maintenance-free OEM quality components, making it suitable for autocross, track days, HPDE courses, and club racing. This coilover system features a sophisticated damping adjustment system. The TVCLH-A valve technology allows for independent adjustment of low-speed and high-speed compression damping directly on the reservoir. You can fine-tune low-speed compression with 6 precise clicks and high-speed compression with an additional 14 clicks. The TVR-A technology offers 16 clicks for independent adjustment of rebound damping. This extensive adjustability allows for tailored setups, whether aiming for more comfort or optimizing for a specific race track. Key specifications include 6 clicks for low-speed compression, 14 clicks for high-speed compression, and 16 clicks for rebound damping. The kit offers a lowering rate of 1.0-1.8 inches for both front and rear axles, with height adjustability on both axles via threaded strut housings. It is noted that for vehicles equipped with electronic dampers, these must be shut down, and specific electronic damper shut-down solutions are available from KW. This coilover kit is designed for specific Porsche Boxster and Cayman models from 2013 onwards, including the 981 and 982 generations. It is recommended to ensure electronic dampers are disabled for vehicles equipped with them, and professional installation may be required depending on the vehicle's design, particularly if access to the top of the piston rod for rebound adjustment is not readily available.
