V4 Clubsport Coilover Kit

The KW Suspensions V4 Clubsport coilover kit is engineered using technology proven in multiple 24-hour race wins, particularly on the Nürburgring Nordschleife, and tested on a 7-post rig. It offers sophisticated adjustment capabilities that account for wheel loads, vehicle weight, and chassis reinforcements. This kit features independent adjustment of damping forces. Low-speed compression can be tuned with 6 precise clicks via a purple dial, while high-speed compression offers 14 precise clicks using a gold dial on the reservoir. Rebound damping is adjustable across 16 clicks, allowing for noticeable changes that can improve ride comfort for highway driving or optimize setup for different race tracks. The dampers are hand-built in Germany and individually serial-numbered. Each damper is dyno-tested before delivery. Construction includes Inox-Line Stainless Steel struts for permanent corrosion resistance, solid aluminum unibal top mounts that improve steering feedback and offer camber adjustability for the front, and track-focused linear race springs. The composite spring perches are made from wear-resistant polyamide with a stainless-steel insert. Important considerations for installation include the fact that Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) must be disabled; electronic suspension disabling modules are sold separately. The kit provides continuous lowering, with adjustments ranging from 0.8-1.8 inches for the front and 0.6-1.5 inches for the rear.
