V4 Frame Kit

The BBR Motorsports V4 Frame Kit represents the next evolution in mini moto performance, offering unparalleled strength, compatibility, and craftsmanship for building the ultimate pit bike. This kit is 100% designed, CNC-machined, welded, heat-treated, and tested in the USA. Constructed from 6061 T6 aluminum, the V4 Frame Kit features a fully billet machined subframe that is bolted together for easy replacement and serviceability. It utilizes interchangeable motor mounts supporting CRF110, KLX110, TTR110, and CRF50/Daytona engines, along with a 2019+ CRF110 steering stem. The frame itself is 1" longer than the 2019 CRF110, with a swingarm 1/2" longer than the BBR ProComp (2.25" longer than stock) for enhanced stability and improved handling. The motor position is optimized to reduce chain wear, lower noise, and improve suspension action. This kit includes pre-installed tapered roller bearings for smoother steering and simplified installation. It is designed to fit 2019+ CRF110 plastics, seat, and tank. For braking, it is compatible with a Honda big bike rear master cylinder for disc brake capability. The rear shock mount offers 5-position height adjustability for precise suspension tuning and includes an Elka Stage 4 shock for race-level control. Further enhancing its versatility, the V4 Frame Kit features a strengthened battery box designed to fit modern small-form LiPo batteries (Fire Power / Parts Unlimited sold separately) and includes a chain guide. An optional full carbon fiber fuel tank is available for ultimate weight savings and a factory look.
