V4 T6 Truck Turbo Kit

The Huron Speed V4 T6 Truck Kit is a comprehensive turbocharger system engineered for 1999-2013 GM Silverado and Sierra 1500/2500 models, compatible with 2WD, 4WD, and AWD configurations. This kit provides a full cold-side with simplified routing around the radiator, accommodating both classic and newer 07.5-13 body styles. It offers flexibility for MAF or Speed Density (No MAF) setups, including necessary couplers and a threaded IAT sensor bung. Key updates in this V4 iteration include a revised 2-piece crossover with a double-slip connection for easier installation and improved ground clearance, eliminating the need for a flex section. The manifold features a new design with significantly increased wastegate flow, integrating a large Turbosmart Power-gate 60 flange for superior boost control with larger T6 turbos. The 4-inch stainless steel downpipe now recirculates the 60mm wastegate and includes dual O2 bung locations, with a V-band flange for easy integration with aftermarket exhaust systems. The kit replaces the OEM coolant expansion tank with a fabricated aluminum overflow tank and includes a new radiator fill area in the upper hose for a cleaner installation and improved routing space. Installation notes specify that 99-02 trucks may require trimming to the grille for the 4-inch intercooler and minor modifications to the cold-side tubing due to limited space. A custom A/C line is available as an option to ensure proper clearance. Intercooler and cold-side piping installation may also require moving the transmission cooler and minor trimming to the bumper. The system is sold as a piping kit only and requires additional components to run.
