The TiAL Sport V50 External Wastegate provides accurate and repeatable boost management for demanding street, drag racing, and road racing turbocharged systems. Constructed from premium stainless steel and aluminum, the V50 features a 50mm valve diameter and a flow capacity of up to 92 lb/min. The design includes a proprietary wear-coated valve stem, a Nomex-reinforced silicone diaphragm, and a CNC-machined aluminum actuator housing for long-term durability. A dual-port diaphragm chamber with dual M10 signal ports allows for highly precise boost adjustments across a wide range of operating conditions. The assembly includes the wastegate itself, a valve seat, an air fitting set, and the necessary inlet and outlet flanges and clamps.
