V60 60mm External Wastegate

The TiAL V60 Wastegate is the largest and highest-flowing external wastegate offered by TiAL Sport, renowned in motorsport for its precise boost pressure and turbine flow control under extreme conditions. Construction features include a high-temperature alloy valve and a robust stainless steel valve housing. The actuator is equipped with a high-temperature silicone reinforced diaphragm and a stainless steel spring, ensuring consistent pressure even at elevated temperatures. All hardware is stainless steel, and mating weld flanges are made from 304L stainless steel. The unit includes M10 air signal ports for straightforward installation. Included in the package are the V60 wastegate assembly, stainless steel band V-clamps and flanges. Optional legacy billet clamps are available upon request at an additional charge. All air fittings are CNC machined in-house from stainless steel and aluminum. This wastegate has a 60mm valve diameter and a mass flow capacity of 100 lb/min, with a pressure range of 0.15/1.36 BAR (approximately 2.18 to 19.7 psi).
