V60 60mm Wastegate

The Tial V60 wastegate is the largest and highest-flowing model offered by TiAL, engineered for precise boost control in the most demanding motorsport environments. This 60mm wastegate is renowned in racing circles for its ability to accurately manage boost pressure and turbine flow. Construction features a robust all stainless steel and aluminum build, utilizing Nitronic 60 stainless steel for the valve seat and bushing. The actuator is equipped with a high-temperature silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm and a 17-7 PH stainless steel spring, designed to maintain consistent pressure even at temperatures up to 900F (483C) and resist "relaxing." The valve stem is coated with a proprietary wear-resistant coating. Key specifications include a 60mm valve diameter, a mass flow rate of 100 LB/MIN, and a pressure range of 0.15/1.36 BAR. The mating weld flanges are made from 304L stainless steel, and all hardware is stainless steel for durability. The V60 wastegate is designed for universal application. Included with each wastegate are the WG assembly, valve seat, air fitting set, and inlet/outlet flanges with clamps. Actuator color and spring rating are specified at the point of order.
