Description

The brake cable locks the anchor chain or rope by exerting pressure on the sprocket. It connects the braking system to the windlass components, allowing the braking force to be adjusted as required and the chain tension to be maintained. The cable is 1000mm long and 4mm in diameter, and is used only on remote windlass brakes.
