Description

The high-power V8 vertical windlass deck unit Lewmar is the visible part of your windlass, the part on the deck of your boat. The headstock or capstan is used to facilitate the lifting of the chain and anchor. The port headstock deck unit for the V8 windlass has the same features as the other windlasses in the v range but it is specifically designed for large boats beyond 33m and can only be used with a high-power geared motor (not supplied).
