The Mobil Vactra Oil Numbered Series, including the Vactra NO.1, are premium-quality slideway lubricants engineered to meet the demanding requirements of precision machine tools for accuracy, aqueous coolant separability, and equipment protection. The unique additive package in Mobil Vactra NO.1 provides exceptional frictional characteristics across various way materials, including steel on steel and steel on polymer. This formulation effectively reduces stick-slip and chatter, enabling smooth, uniform motion at design travel speeds. Consequently, it contributes to improved machine productivity, enhanced accuracy, prolonged tool life, and a superior surface finish on machined parts. Furthermore, the Mobil Vactra Oil Numbered Series has been optimized for excellent separability from many aqueous coolants. This feature minimizes the potential for cross-contamination, which can negatively impact both the lubricant and the coolant. By maintaining their integrity, the lubricant and coolant can achieve their full service life and performance potential.
